  • Delivery is subject to product lead times. At current, most items are made to order, therefore expected delivery is on average up to 2 weeks.

     If your delivery is delayed or damaged during postage, please email us at: abigail@abigail-lincolnshire.com within 48 hours of signed receipt.

  • If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    Please note that bespoke made-to-order jewellery, and earrings are non-refundable.

    At current, international shipping is not routinely available. Special requests may be honoured and rates will be provided case by case.
